Shandong Second-hand Car Export Association held the “2023 Annual Summary & Liner Company Direct Passenger Docking Conference” in Zaozhuang on August 4. The goal of this conference is to promote the high-quality development of second-hand car export trade in Shandong Province, review and summarize the work of the association in the past year, and plan the future work priorities. At the meeting, Shandong Second-hand Car Export Association responded positively to the policies proposed by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, promising to expand the business scale of direct passenger docking of liner companies and strengthen market supervision in the field of international shipping. Dong Teng, Director of the Foreign Trade Department of Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, delivered a speech at the meeting, expressing support and expectations for the development of the used car export industry. He Zhaogang, president of Shandong Used Car Export Association, also attended the meeting and delivered a speech. In addition, a series of sharing and display activities were held to benefit the used car export industry. This includes snail used car export experience sharing, live show of Zhongan Technology Kyrgyz overseas warehouse exhibition hall, detailed explanation of the use of Shandong electronic port used car export platform, explanation of high-speed logistics business of China Railway, explanation of China’s outbound business process, explanation of COSCO shipping direct passenger docking business, and on-site explanation of Zhongan used car trading market. These activities comprehensively demonstrated the whole process of second-hand car export and related businesses. In this conference, Shandong Limaotong cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade comprehensive service platform won the honor of the vice president unit of Shandong Second-hand Car Export Association, and appointed the general manager Hou Min as the vice president of the association. Through this conference, Shandong Second-hand Car Export Association further built a docking platform for liner companies and direct customers, strengthened the market supervision of second-hand car export, and provided the industry with rich experience sharing and business display. Looking ahead, the association will continue its efforts to promote the development of second-hand car export trade in Shandong Province and promote the prosperity and health of the industry.
